Kelantan Open Night Archery Tournament, 3-5 July 2009

As the title suggests, MSN Kelantan with the partnership of the Pelapis Centre of Kelantan will be organizing Malaysia's very first night tournament, with a little bit of twist to it. For the qualifying round, 2 rounds of 36 arrows will be shot, using the 80 cm target face(double-face setup, score zones from 6-10), at 50 meters.

Medals shall be awarded to the respective winners of the qualifying round, and their scores will be used to determine their opponents in the Olympic Round (Eliminations). Rules are as per FITA rules for the 70 meter Elimination Rounds(122 cm face).
The competition will be divided into four groups, FITA Recurve(Men & Women), and Wooden Bow(Men & Women)(sorry, compound archers). There are a total of 12 medals to be won, and this is a good opportunity to see for yourself how World Cup archers shoot at night. Please visit the link below for more details.
